This policy explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

1. Who we are

Elite Bot Studios builds custom AI automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses. You can reach us at elitebotstudios@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business type, website (optional), and your message.
• Lead Flow Audit: first name, email, business type, your four audit answers, and the result summary generated from them.
• Chat widget: your email address if you choose to share it, together with a short excerpt of the recent conversation for context.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, deliver your audit result, or schedule a call. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for third-party marketing.

4. Where it goes

Form submissions are designed to be sent to a Google Apps Script web app, which stores the submission in a Google Sheet and sends a Gmail notification to our team. Note: that endpoint is not connected yet. Until it is, form submissions report an error and ask you to email us or book a call instead, so no message is ever silently lost or falsely confirmed.

5. How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to your enquiry or engagement, then delete them. Email us at any time to request deletion.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. It stores a small consent flag and your chat history in your browser's local storage, on your device. Google Fonts loads style files from its CDN. The homepage and the audit, demo, calculator, and pricing tools also load the Font Awesome icon stylesheet from a CDN. See our Cookie Policy.

7. Analytics

Analytics are currently disabled. No analytics code runs on this site until a real Google Analytics 4 ID is configured. We will update this policy before that happens.

8. Third-party services

• Calendly: booking buttons open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly's own privacy policy applies on their pages.
• Google: only if and when the Apps Script lead endpoint or analytics are enabled.

9. Your rights

Email us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. We aim to act on such requests promptly. Specific legal rights may vary by your location and ours; this draft will be finalized with legal review before launch.
