These terms cover use of elitebotstudios.me. They are not the contract for engineering work — that is a separate written agreement covering scope, price, and deliverables.
Using this site
The content here is provided for information. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution.
Content accuracy
Technical content reflects work actually performed and measured by the studio. Where a figure is expected or simulated rather than measured, it is labelled as such. Nothing here is a guarantee that a design will behave identically in your environment; results depend on your board, components, power supply, and operating conditions.
No warranty on published designs
Schematics, firmware, and calculations published on this site are shared for reference. If you build from them, you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for verifying safety, regulatory compliance, and suitability for your application.
Engineering work
Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a binding commitment to deliver work.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and the studio's own reference designs belong to Elite Bot Studios. Client work is owned as set out in the relevant agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elite Bot Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or of any material published on it.
Governing law
Owner to confirm the governing jurisdiction with a qualified adviser. Do not publish a jurisdiction that has not been legally confirmed.
