These terms govern your use of this website. Engagements for automation services are governed by a written proposal, which takes priority over any text on this website.

1. What we do

Elite Bot Studios builds custom AI automation systems: instant lead response, automated follow-up, AI appointment booking, missed-call recovery, AI customer support, custom automation systems, and integrations with the tools you already use. The exact scope of your system is defined in your proposal.

2. Quotes and payment

We do not publish fixed prices. Every system is scoped after a free 15-minute call, after which you receive a fixed, written quote based on your workflows, integrations, and requirements. Payment terms are set out in your proposal.

3. Delivery

Most systems launch within one to two weeks after scoping, depending on complexity and the availability of your accounts and integrations. Your proposal states the timeline that applies to you.

4. The 60-Day Safety Net

If the system does not deliver the lead recovery we model in your ROI plan within 60 days, we refund what you paid. Details are in your proposal.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, credentials, and tools needed to build, test, and launch your system (for example CRM, calendar, and phone systems), and to give testing feedback when asked.

6. Ownership

You own your business accounts, data, and customer relationships. Ownership of the automation workflows and documentation is set out in your proposal.

7. What we do not promise

Outcomes depend on your lead flow, market, and how the system is used. Examples shown on this website are illustrative demos, not promises of specific results for your business. The only performance commitment we make is the one modeled in your ROI plan and covered by the 60-Day Safety Net in section 4.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. This draft will be finalized with legal review before launch.
